How to Make Greek Meatballs

Ingredients:
6 pounds of ground beef
1 loaf of day old Italian or French bread, broken into large pieces and soaked in water for approximately 20 minutes, then wring dry
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Oregano (Greek oregano is best)
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, soak the bread. While the bread is soaking, finally chop the onion, mince the garlic, next crack the 3 large eggs into a small bowl. Set the onions, garlic and eggs to the size. In a large bowl, combine 6 pounds of ground beef, all the ingredients and mix well by hand. Pinch off a piece of the ground beef mixture and shape into golf ball sized meatballs.
Place meatballs on a large prepared baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, turning over half way through baking time.
May be served with pita and tzatziki sauce, or over spaghetti.
